B. Commission Agent License - Two photographs of the applicant, proof of the applicant's business address, proof of residential address, documents proving firm registration, bank guarantee/creditworthiness certificate/proof of cash deposit, promissory note on a Rs. 500/- bond paper, stamped agreement papers as specified in the appendix on a Rs. 500/- bond paper, two character certificates (from a gazetted officer/MLA/Member of Parliament).
C. Assistant License - Application form, copy of Aadhaar card, stamped agreement papers as specified in the appendix on a Rs. 500/- bond paper, recommendation letter from the firm, two character certificates (from a gazetted officer/MLA/Member of Parliament).
D. Weigher's License - Two photographs of the applicant, proof of residence, physical fitness certificate, two character certificates (from a gazetted officer/MLA/Member of Parliament), and the required stamped agreement letter as specified in the appendix on a Rs. 500/- bond paper.
E. Porter's License - Two photographs of the applicant, proof of residence, physical fitness certificate, two character certificates (from a gazetted officer/MLA/Member of Parliament), and the required stamped agreement letter as specified in the appendix on a Rs. 500/- bond paper.
